WHY YOU SHOULD HIRE A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER
Be the real estate agent – not the photographer!
Deep down inside agents understand that they can’t wear all the hats in their real estate practice and still adequately serve their clients – especially while simultaneously trying to grow their businesses. It’s the agents who delegate that typically move to the next level. Even if you fancy yourself a budding photographer and have all the high-end equipment necessary, your time is better spent drumming up new listings and growing your business.
In real estate, a picture is worth $1,000 or more!
Don’t want to lower the price on your listing? Consider better photos. Real-estate listings that use photographs taken by the higher-end cameras favored by photographers tend to do better than those that use photos from cheaper point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones…..or iPads.
20 seconds for the “Love at First Sight”!
Researchers tracking the eye movements of subjects who looked at online home listings found that more than 95% of users viewed the first photo, the one that shows the exterior of the home, for a total of 20 seconds.
Impress your current clients!
Your clients want to know their listing is in good hands. High quality photography shows them that you’re committed to the exceptional presentation of their property. Further, professional photography is a crucial component of an effective online marketing strategy. Professional photos are a MUST no matter what industry you work in.
Attract new clients!
Beautiful photography is an excellent way for you as an agent to showcase your professionalism and marketing savvy, and it gives you an impressive portfolio with which to attract potential future clients.
Remember, you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression…
WHY TWILIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY
Why not see your listing photos in a whole new light? Twilight Real Estate photography takes advantage of that “magic” moment. It truly is a short time, given we have only about 20 minutes before the light is gone. It certainly gives the impression of a property “having more prestige” and thus attracts greater buyer interest. The intimate light gives it a more elegant, classy look. Adding twilight Real Estate photography to your listings and brochures will make potential home buyers pause and take notice. As can be expected, twilight photography is little more expensive than regular photography, but it is a wonderful way to make a lasting impression.
